Consent to Personal Data Distribution (for Portfolio Purposes)

I, the customer of IT services, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, hereby give my consent to the self-employed individual Nikolay Mikhailovich Ruzaev, INN 631927249147 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), to distribute my personal data (to the extent specified in Clause 1.1) for the purposes of forming the Operator's portfolio and marketing materials.

1. What Data May Be Distributed

1.1. The Operator has the right to use the following project materials:

interface screenshots (without displaying personal data of the Customer's clients and employees);
description of functionality and technology stack;
a link to the live website (if it is publicly accessible and is not an internal corporate portal);
a brief description of the task and results.

1.2. The Operator does not distribute:

personal data of the Customer's clients and employees (full name, phone numbers, email);
commercial secrets (financial indicators, internal documents, algorithms, know-how);
information that could harm the Customer's reputation.

2. Where the Materials May Be Placed

2.1. The materials may be placed:

on the Operator's website https://webzella.ru (in the "Cases" section);
in the Operator's social media and messengers (Telegram, MAX, etc.);
in the Operator's presentations and commercial proposals.

3. Validity Period and Procedure for Withdrawal

3.1. The consent is valid indefinitely from the moment it is granted, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

3.2. The Customer has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a notification to the Operator's email address: mail@webzella.ru.

3.3. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator is obliged to cease the distribution of personal data and remove the materials (including links to the website) from the website and social media within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.

3.4. If the Customer does not agree to the use of materials in the portfolio, they may notify the Operator before the start of work or at any time thereafter at mail@webzella.ru.

4. Confirmation

4.1. I confirm that I have read the terms of this Consent and agree to them.

4.2. This consent is given by signing the contract for the provision of IT services (or accepting the offer by paying the invoice), the text of which contains a clause confirming the Customer's consent to the terms of this document, or by sending the Operator direct written confirmation (a message in Telegram/MAX or email). Performing these actions constitutes full and unconditional consent to the terms of this document.
